Terms of Service summary
Education only. Everything DD Trading provides (watchlists, trade plans, classes, Discord messages, consultations, guides and bots) is for education. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and DD Trading is not a registered investment adviser.
Your trades, your decisions. You alone decide what, when and how much to trade, by hand or through a bot, and you accept all risk of loss. Trading carries substantial risk.
No guarantees. No profits, returns or outcomes are guaranteed. Examples and backtests are illustrations only. Past results don't guarantee future results.
Bots. A bot runs only the rules you approve. Backtests are hypothetical, and you are responsible for monitoring your account.
Membership billing. $50 per month, billed automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, and you keep access through the end of the paid period.
Conduct and confidentiality. Be respectful, don't solicit or spam, and keep Desk content and other members' information private.
